Once siglos ha ya los sarracenos
tu castillo atacaron con furor
pero pronto se vio Fernán González
de los moros aplastar el vigor
Pobló el conde nuestro pueblo querido
y en él puso de jefe a Bermúdez
y con fuero de Villa Realenga
le dio el nombre de "MUY LEAL"
Aquí vino Doña Urraca
confirmando nuestros fueros
de infanzones caballeros
ricos hombres de linaje de la MUY LEAL

a la Virgen del Manzano
